Our plans to boost your brand is flexible and will depend on your needs: it could include for example some broadcasting on specialised websites, listings on professional social media networks etc. Your advertised position is detailed - thanks to our innovative presentation tools- showcasing for example through multimedia, a feature of the company, of the position and the environment.
We implement a meaningful communication plan customised for each recruitment scenario.

Following an extremely rigorous first selection of candidates, the individual interview is designed to analyse and verify the actual and future skills - the personality - the behaviour - as well as the ability of the candidate to undertake the given role (and to keep in doing so). Some tests specifically developped for the position will complete the interview.
The company will have access – at the time of the presentation of the candidate – to a comprehensive individual record for each candidate. It includes verified documents relative to the professional curriculum of the candidates (diplomas, training, salaries, positions held...) It also contains some professional references (with the consent of the candidate), some tests and analysis carried out by an occupational psychologist. That way, you hold all the essential information which will empower you to take your decision in the most objective way.
Berthier International Consulting commits to keeping regular contact with the company and its new collaborator during the guarantee integration period (up until 2 years). In the event of failure during this time, the agency will organise a new recruitment free of charge.
